I am new to having an IUD, I have Liletta and will not be having sex any time soon, but I was just wondering if I should still use a condom when I have sex or if I don't need to? Any opinions help! Thank you!

Answer

Condoms are the only thing, other than abstinence, that protects against STDs. You don't need to but if it's not a monogamous relationship where both of you have been tested before becoming intimiate then you probably should to be safe.
