Not getting pregnant and doing everything I can to make sure I do get pregnant is making me question my fertility... it's really depressing is there any confirm way to know if your fertile? Without the doctor visits and tests?

My friend ordered it off of Amazon but it looked like a pregnancy test but it tests to see if your fertile or not.

It takes a healthy couple up to a year to get pregnant. If it's been more than a year with tracking temps or ovulation, talk to your Ob/gyn and see what they recommend.
