Fibroids during Pregnancy

I'm 11 weeks pregnant. About two days ago I started having a horrible sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen. It was so bad that I could not get up and my husband chose to take me to the ER. After an ultrasound and some tests they found five fibroids. Three inside my uterus and two on the lateral, each side. They let me know this is what's causing my pain. This is my first pregnancy ever and I know not much can be done as far as medicine but I was wondering if anyone else had this experience and what they did to cope with it. The pain gets worse at night and I can't sleep, move, walk or even go to the bathroom, I just don't know what else to do. Please help!!
