In my opinion, you can't "steal" someone from someone else. If they leave their bf/gf for someone else, they weren't committed in the first place. However, it sounds like this person targets them and that's manipulative and should be out of bounds. She obviously doesn't respect her friendships and I wouldn't expect that to change.
