I need answers please

Well four days ago I was spotting and then two days after that I wiped myself and their was clear mucus type stuff on the toilet paper , I been feeling nauseous for three days and having really bad back pain ! So today I went bathroom and had spotting again but it's light spotting , and now I have these slight pains in my lower stomach and my back hurts so bad 😭😭😩😩 please help me ladies went hospital and they didn't say anything
