Last night I had a little to drink and while we were having sex I just started crying for no reason is this normal?

I've read that the flood of hormones you experience during sex can cause you to be emotional (and cry) for many. So I'd say it's fairly normal. May not happen to everyone but you're certainly not the first & it's nothing to fret over. It's happened to me.
