My husband just completed alcohol detox. If it's possible, I believe he can be successful, but I know it's going to take time to trust him and not hover. There are support groups for me that I plan to attend, but has anyone else gone through this with someone they love/care for? We have support from friends/family but I also think people who don't know us or our history can offer something different.
