Working Out
So, I've been a complete slacker during the first trimester and did absolutely nothing in terms of working out. Now that I'm not sick 24/7, I'd like to be more active. Any tips on the best exercises to do to ease back into it? I don't want to overdo it, but definitely need to do something, lol.
