He doesnt try to fuckkk

My bf of a year who I'm living with hardly ever tries to initate sex. It's always me having to grab his junk and hoping he'll want it. And he aint shy believe me he use to initiate it all the time! I dont doubt his love for me but this fusterates me. How can I make him start initiating it?? I actually don't wanna do anything different I just want him to want it on his own. Is this a bad sign? Have you had a similar issue? Any advice or stories would be so greatly appreciated!
