Do you wear underwear under your pantyhose?

I recently started wearing bodycon dresses and need a good pair of pantyhose to wear because it's been so cold out! I NEVER wear pantyhose. I wear underwear with leggings, but does the same go for pantyhose???

My grandmother didn't and I have images of her big wrinkly, dimpled butt and lady bits all smushed in to her sheer panyhose.....that's the stuff nightmares are made of!!
