So I started my period early and it started as spotting and switched to heavy.. this might be tmi but I've changed my tampon multiple times today which is more then I normally need. My cramps have been awful today and I recently took a pregnancy test that was negative. My question is.. how do I know if I've miscarried? I just changed my tampon and there was this stringy fibrous looking thing on both the tampon and on the applicator after putting a new on in..I just don't know how to know if that's why my period is early, heavier, and more painful. I've hardly wanted to be up moving around at all.
