I know this is wierd but i have been having numbness on my head for 2 days now little by little i see it spreading everywhere on my head and i feel so much tingling or someone pocking me a thousand times ive gone to the doctor and they say its nothing please help im really worried i had anemia idk if that could be a cause of it i also take iron pills rwice a day as recommended from my doctor vut ive been worried lately idk what could it be they don't give me answers please help.
