Are these stretch marks!?

Are these stretch marks? They're so faint, I can't tell. My mom is so tiny and she never got a single stretch mark even after 5 kids. I was hoping I would have those same genes, but maybe not. I'm hoping these are just vains or something. They do have a purply tone to them. I thought stretch marks were a lot darker and they had some kind of texture to them? These marks on me are completely smooth. Did your stretch marks look like this when they first appeared? They've been here for about a week now and havent changed.
