Usually it takes 3 months for your body and period to regulate on birth control so this sounds normal!

Just throwing in my 2 cents but I just started my 4th pack of this BC pill and I HATE IT WITH A PASSION! I started bleeding on the 7th pill in my 3rd pack and it HASN'T stopped since. Hasn't even lightened up at all! I constantly feel bloated and the weight gain has ridiculous. I am 30 years old and smoke (I have cut back tremendously) so my OB will not put me back on the only pill that has ever worked for me..Ortho Tri Cycline. I refuse to get an IUD which they keep pushing me to get...Anyone have an advice on IUDs or experienced the same side effects I have while on this pill?

I'm on my first pack too, I've been spotting for the past week, since basically the same day you started spotting. Since you posted this in March, I was wondering if you're still experiencing spotting?
