Birth control

I plan on going on birth control within the next week or so and Ive been looking into all the different kinds. Im unsure as to what will be best cause some of the cons threw me off, weight gain, acne and constant bleeding for weeks or months. Nexplanon/implanon caught my attention because once it's in you don't have to worry about nothing. Unlike the pill where you have to very precise with. The implant though did scare me a little because of the affects afterwards, many women said they experienced weight gain and lots of spotting. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
