stomach pain

Hey! So, I've been having some server stomach pain. I've had an X-ray, CT scan, colonoscopy and endoscopy and still haven't found out what's causing it. Now my period has come back a week after the last which doesn't happen to me. Right now my entire stomach/abdominal area is swollen and feels almost hard. I figure no one can tell me what's going on but any ideas on how to deal with the intense pain or anything would be lovely.
