How many hours does your 4 month old sleep in 24 hrs?

How many hours of sleep incl day-time naps does your baby get ?

Answer

Anything between 11-13 hours. I put less than 12 as we've had a few bad days lol. I reckon 95% of her sleep is at night time as she doesn't nap for too long.

Mines usually 13-15 hours... about 10 at night (with maybe 1 feed around 5am) plus about 4-5 naps a day ranging from half hour cat naps to 2 hour (glorious) naps. I wish there were more of the 2 hour naps, or at least that they were more predictable, but I'll take what I can get 😉

Mine usually sleeps a good 11ish hours at night and naps maybe 2 hours ( combined) all day. I thought I was the only one lol

My daughter sleeps at 9-10 pm wakes up at 6-7 usually but lately been waking up later takes about 1-2 naps a day if she's really tired.

At night all together he will get around 9(still getting up once or twice at night) and depending on the day he might take a 2 hour nap if he is sleepy and sometimes it's a30 min nap all day.
