IUD Paragard

So I'm 4 months postpartum. I got the copper IUD in when my baby was 2 months. My body threw it out in about two weeks! I went in to my OB/GYN & They placed another in, which lasted like a month, then was back out again! Only because my husband was feeling it once more. I went right back to my OB of course, and decided to just not put another yet, til they check what can be going on. I have an appt. tomorrow, they said we can plan on putting in the Mirena. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Has this happened to anyone else? Would you ladies recommend me still get the other one (Mirena)?
