Anyone have any advice with regards to VITEX?

Thanks Everyone for the feedback, my cycles are regular.. but I do think my luteal phase is somehow too short. I did hear that Vitex will help lengthen this?
Also to balance hormones?

I've been taking it for almost 3 months I haven't had any side effects but I have had 3 positive Opk's 👍 and have had regular periods and ovulation. I take it twice a day 2~ 400mg pills

I've been taking it for 21 days now to try to shorten many cycle I'm currently in cd73. From reading all the info and everyone's experience it can't do no harm it helps regulate cycles and ovulating and egg quality.
