nothing fits me anymore

So I'm currently 34+2 and every single pair of pants or sweats I own don't seem to fit me anymore. For leggings I usually buy 2x or 3x. And for pants I usually buy XL or XXL. Anyone else have this issue. I feel like I need to be in my panties all day since they are the only thing that makes me comfortable.
