Anyone in HR? Mat Leave Question...

I'm in the US - My company is too small to qualify me for FMLA (16 employees). My company did not offer any paid leave but let me take 8 weeks unpaid and also paid me at the beginning of my leave for all my vacation and sick days. I'm 5 weeks into leave and I have decided not to go back to work. I'm going to tell them next week - what (if anything) will they be expecting from me in terms of the vacation they paid me for up front? Would they ask for the $$ back?
