I had a baby 8week 2 day ago by c section and been bleeding on and off but not bleeding for moment I just did this test,does it mean I'm pregnant again as faint line 🤔😫or what else can it be

Usually pp hormones aren't high enough by this time anymore for a positive. I say hands down you're pregnant. My mom was pregnant at her 6 week pp appointment so anything is possible
