What are the chances of twins? 👯‍♂️

My boyfriend and I are curious about what are the chances of me having twins and if they would be  Fraternal or identical. My fathers dad had three sets of twins of course with other women and my grandmother did have two sets of twins with one set that was aborted and the other being my father and aunt.
