Based on my research it seems like I have hypothyroidism. Could this be our fertility problem? All other test are normal. HSG, ultrasounds, husbands semen analysis, ovulation.

I'm not exactly sure how to read your tests, but hyper or hypothyroidism can certainly effect fertility.

My husband and I had a hard time conceiving until we got my TSH levels below 2.  If your levels are above and you implant and start producing hcg your TSH will immediately go up. If it goes up to high then you will have an early miscarriage because that level isn't able to sustain a pregnancy. If the levels are below 2 then when your TSH goes up it will still be within a "safe" range. I was instructed by my doctor to test early and increase my Syntroid immediately after getting a positive. My doctor immediately increases synthroid when a patient gets a positive test to compensate for the increase in TSH. It's incredibly important to have a healthy thyroid level when conceiving and even more so when you're pregnant. I'm 18 weeks and I get my levels checked every two weeks. Be sure to see a Endocrinologist about getting your Thyroid healthy for conceiving. There is a ton of information out there :) I hope all of that made sense. I'm sure there's a lot more to it but it's how my doctor explained it to me!

Looks like hypo. My understanding is a tsh down near 1 is best for ttc. I feel crappy if mine gets above a 3. Hypo can also cause miscarriages if not well controlled. What's your T3?
