Is this a good temp for the day I got my pos opk, I'm confused as this is my first time temping, an I'm on clomid cycle days 3-7, any advice would be nice I got pos opk CD 14 n I'm a day past ovulation n have light cramps o n felt ovulation pain in both ovaries!
