I was wondering if anyone has ever had issues with someone whom they placed either , a "stalking no contact order"

( or) " restraining order".

By issues , I mean .

You are the victim of stalking.

And the stalker then begins using the legal system to , hall you to court repeatedly for nonsense.

( filing for motions or hearings on the case)

My stalker is taking me to court to have my order resolved.

This seems a gross injustice that they are allowed to be heard.

I suppose it's their civil liberties at play.

Thankfully my appointed judge is a fair and insightful individual.
