The doctor told me early on no exercise!!! Only mild walking. Take it easy. That's all he ever says to me, "Take it easy. Relax. Enjoy being lazy." If I don't relax I get really bad pelvic, hip and back pain.

I get it occasionally, and it's related to my SI Joint pain. It's where the muscles and tendons are relaxing, and your pelvis starts to slip out of joint. The best thing to do is to get referred to a physiotherapist and get some exercises that will help pop things back into joint, and strengthen the muscles. Since I did that, I have very little pain problems (this was happening to me on week 10, to the point where I couldn't walk)

My low back has been bad, which is so frustrating because I LOVE going for walks but they are so uncomfortable now :( my pelvis hurts pretty bad sometimes, too - just feels like everything is pulling and stretching. I bought a maternity belly band and wore it on my walk last night, but it barely helped :( prenatal yoga videos on YouTube help a little!

I'm in the same boat. Feels like i'm going to tear apart at the hips 😣 I exercise on days where it's less painful....walking/stretching/foam rolling on the lower back helps a lot! Also, I have a boppy body pillow that I sit on in bed which works wonders for my back.
