Sperm Donor

I just read an article about a guy who lied about his heath and education on his intake for sperm donation. 36 children were conceived in 26 families using his donation. He has several mental illnesses, no secondary education, a criminal record and can't hold a job. So the question is, if your husband has fertility issues, would you use donor sperm?
