Do you have ovulation pain?

So. I got a positive OPK yesterday and this morning t started fading. Also yesterday my right side started hurting. Kinda lower under my appendix scar and by my hip bones. Mine has been pretty sharp and comes on throughout the day. Right now it's kinda bad but I have a heating pad on it! I'm currently TTC and this is my second month. Is there anything else I can do to relieve the pain without decreasing my chances this month?
