Midol?

Hey everyone! So, I get pretty bad cramps during my period, and I always feel terrible, so my mom recommended that I use midol. She's never used it, but heard it helps other women. What exactly does it do, and do you recommend it?
(By the way, I heard it's a pill, and I'm really bad at swallowing pills, so how much of a problem would that be?)

Midol works awesome, total life saver, it takes away cramps and bloating (it's mostly ibuprofen)

Before I started using birth control, I swore by midol to relieve my horrible cramps, bloating, body aches and head aches. It is a pretty big pill though but you could probably smash it up and eat it with applesauce or something.

I don't think midol really helped in my case (well, nothing really helped with my cramps) but the best thing that worked for me was ibuprofen, even if it was only a little bit of relief.

It may be an issue if you don't like taking pills. My advice is to put it near the back of your tongue, and chug as much water as possible. Usually you don't even feel it go down your throat.

Midol is my #1. It always helps me never failed to help only thing is it makes me super tired. But nothing else helps my cramps

Its actually the size of a tylenol not to hard to swallow. Just dont think about it and drink a mouthful of water that will help it just slide on down. I swear by midol it has a little caffeine in it so they recommend you not to drink a lot of soda, tea, or coffee while taking it. Other than that no bad symptoms seems to kick in within 10 minutes and then I always get relief. I have real bad back and stomach cramps so it's a blessing to get any kind of relief I can.
