help fitness gurus

So I have been trying to start working out recently but my problem is finding the time and energy. I'm in school right now and work every day that I'm not at school, my school days are 12 hour days of me being on my feet and work is about 10 hour days of me being on my feet too. I am also someone who needs their sleep and a lot of it to function. Does anyone have any ideas on finding time and energy for working out???
