I have had nasal & head congestion for about a week now & have been avoiding meds because I exclusively breastfeed. I've also had awful diarrhea randomly! It sucks. But even worse, now my 4 month old is sick. Stuffy nose, coughing, and vomiting! I feel sooooo awful for giving it to him. We are up at 2 am just miserable. I've done little remedies & nosefrida in his nose, humidifier & the steam from the showers but the poor little guy just keeps gagging. His eyes look so sad & sick. He doesn't have a fever. Has anyone else gone through this? Is there anything that will help him?? :((( I'm so sad! I was really hoping my breastmilk would keep him healthy!!
