What can I do I have a really bad dry cough I been taking cough syrup but it Doesn't really help anyone know any home remedies I cough mostly at night 😓😓😓😢😢😢 I just want to get some rest

Have you tried covonia cough syrup? I find that's the only one that works for me, but I'm not sure where you're from. Failing that if you're in the U.K. ask for nurofen plus at a chemist over the counter-it's ibuprofen and codeine (small amount) and codeine is a known cough suppressant-works amazingly well!
