C-section scheduled!

Went to the doctor yesterday. They wanted to take a peek to see how big she was because my cervix wasn't dilating or softening much, turns out she's around 10 pounds. My doctor presented both delivery options to me and we decided to avoid possible injury to her (and to my lady bits) to schedule a C-section. So our little Mary Jane is scheduled to be born on Tuesday the 28th at 7:30 am! I'm nervous as hell as I wanted to deliver vaginally. But with how wide she is, I'd rather do what's safest for her.

How was your C-section? Any tips and advice would be appreciated. I could use some peace of mind as surgery scares the crap out of me
