Worried about hcg level

Officially 5 days late from expected period and the test showed up positive within seconds! I won't see my doctor or even have my levels checked til I see her so I'm kind of worried and anxious! Can you sort of tell based on the hpt? I'm just very scared because I had an early miscarriage last month with no cycle in between. I'm also scared that this line would get fainter and fainter 😣😣
