Stress & weight loss.
I've been having a really stressful year so far. I've argued more than I can remember with family, me and my SO have been having a rough patch but we're getting through it, school is so much because of graduating, I've got prom coming up. What else can hit me????
I was between 115-122lbs since forever but I just weighed myself to donate blood and I'm exactly 110(couldn't donate bc that's the min. Weight to be) and not comfortable with that weight at all.
What should I do to gain this weight back?
Talk to a doctor and go from there?
I've been feeling really drained and basically like s walking zombie the past week.
