braxton hicks or contractions?

Im Just wondering about people's experiences anybody had braxton hicks for long time constant but i slept the best in months lastnight but woke up with them Again? Im 37.3 days so im early buy full term just wondered if its normal to have braxton hicks continuesly. Also been loosing my mucus plug slowly .. any advice be lovely x

You wouldn't be able to sleep through normal contractions. They are super uncomfortable, more frequent and often painful. Keep an eye on them, time them, and drink plenty of water!

When I had a contraction I knew 100% what it was. BH were not painful compared to them just uncomfortable.

I had BH on and off for weeks but consistently for the entire week before delivery. 
On and off being contractions for shy of an hour then stop for a couple hours then start again.

If they're painful they aren't Braxton hicks. It could be prodromal labor. Drink water, put your feet up, try to destress.

Also you're not full term. The definition changed a year or two ago.
Early term: 37 weeks, 0 days and 38 weeks, 6 days. Full term: 39 weeks, 0 days and 40 weeks, 6 days. Late term: 41 weeks, 0 days and 41 weeks, 6 days. Postterm: Your baby is born after 42 weeks, 0 days.
