Does a teeth cleaning hurt?!

I haven't had one in years (I know so bad of me!) and I go this afternoon. I'm nervous 🙈

I hadn't had a cleaning in over 6 years (I know, I know 🙈) and finally went last month. No cavities, yay! But the cleaning was definitely uncomfortable...not unbearable, though. I had a morning appointment and had to buy a smoothie for lunch because my gums were sore, but I felt fine by dinnertime. Take some Advil after you go, it might help a bit.

It shouldn't but I have sensitive teeth and sometimes with their tools they scrape hard! But it's worth it! I am an avid coffee drinker and had bad stains on my lower teeth and she cleared them right up.

If you havnt gone in a while it might be a little sore after depending how well you take care of your teeth.. my teeth are always a little sore after but i have very sensitive teeth and i rarely floss 😅
