Bad mom

We have a 2 week old son who i think has reflux anyway my SO got really pissed with me this morning because I didnt hear our son being aggegated in his cot coz he was hungry. We was asleep on the couch and the cot is in the same room but he heard him and woke up whereas i didnt until later on and now im a shit mum because of it. Like if he actually cried id obviously would of heard but he didnt. Last night was the first night i got atleast 3 hours sleep but now i feel so bad i didnt hear him and i think my SO has a point..im so devestated. What can i do to change and be a better mother
