Best swaddle for 7 week old?

We never swaddled my son but he doesn't sleep good at night AT ALL. And I noticed he seems to throw his arms up in the air and almost startle himself so I'm thinking of trying a swaddle. And suggestions which one is best to start with for an almost 8 week old??

We use the swaddle me brand. So easy and I never worry about them coming undone. Only downside is the velcro is SO loud, like louder than any other velcro I've ever heard 😂 so I only undo one side for diaper changes at night and slide her legs out.
My daughter never liked having her arms in and now she's starting to roll around anyway but she loves the wrap around her belly still.

We use halo swaddles and like them, but I live in Texas and the fleece ones are too hot.  I also just use square blankets and fold them into a triangle and do an old fashion swaddle that is very tight and it works well.  I do not think I would get any sleep if I didn't swaddle!
