Ovulation cramps?

Glow said cramps can be an indication that i have ovulated or released an egg. I have had some small cramps on my lower right side today didnt last long but i tested this morning and this evening and no surge. I have been tracking and testing the past 4 days before i was even in my ovulation window. Are cramps a good sign i have ovulated? Im BD tonight just incase.
