Breakout or allergic reaction?!

I seriously need an opinion, i thought when I looked at my back an month ago I was having an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent but it still hasn't went away. Its all over my back from bra down and outter thighs. I have no idea what it could be. I don't see my OB til Monday help driving me insane

My acne has flared really bad like I was a teenager again since I got pregnant. My jawline, back and chest look like they did when I was 16. I also have found that it takes longer for a skin irritation to clear up that it did before pregnancy. I would definately check with your doctor. I use witch hazel to help with itching.
