Good tip about medela: the nuk nipples (usually sold with ready to feed formula packs) fit medela bottles and if your child doesn't take a bottle, those odd shaped nuk nipples are a life saver to get them to drink their bottles! Plus they're supposed to be really good for babies pallets in their mouths. :)

I have the Spectra S2. It's amazing!

I have been exclusively pumping for almost a year, at first I used the Ameda pump - not the greatest. Then it broke so I bought the lansinoh one, it's really good. Not sure what my new insurance will provide, but hopefully not the Ameda again.
