CT Scan

I had a CT scan done today with contrast to check my abdomen and my kidneys they wanted to make sure my kidneys are working properly but everything came back okay but they found a cyst on my right ovary they said to not worry about it. It's normal but umm why would I even have a cyst i wonder if this is stopping me from having a baby.
