I have some pain after I poop, and a lot of itching. I have IBS so I'm pushing a lot, and lots of diarrhea and constipation. 
Neither my partner or I have any stds. 
I'm freaking out because I felt this today, and idk what it is.

Mine gets itchy after a hard bowel too. 😩 so annoying. Also, I hope this isn't out of line, I know it's wicked weird to ask, but do you wax or shave at all? My freaking fiancé made a comment about my butt hole being hairy and now I'm self conscious but I know shaving is not good idea 😂

Sounds like hemorrhoids a few things I've learned to help symptoms. 
-Make sure you get enough fiber, i wanna say RDA is like 25g daily. I have a fiber shake every morning, it helps tremendously! 
-Use PreparationH or similar off brand when it's inflamed to help reduce swelling and itching
-Invest in a squatty potty (or just put your feet on your trashcan if it's convenient), having your feet propped up puts the body in a more natural position for passing bowels, making it easier.

My fiancé has bad hemorrhoids and he use to buy the vitamin e gel tabs and poke a hole in them and use the gel on them. He said his dr was even surprised at how well it worked. You could try that too! Hes had his for years. 14 yrs of roofing and carrying heavy things did it. And he always says the best thing to wipe with is baby wipes. Thats all he uses. The dry toilet paper makes them worse.

There is an over the counter cream you can buy to get rid of them! They're actually pretty easy to get and almost everyone will get one in their lifetime, they're caused by bearing down too hard (not even just when pooping you could be vomiting or squeezing your pelvic floor muscles too hard during sex) good luck!
