My armpits are kind of a yellowish color? Why?

They're also kind of dry. The doctor said it was some reaction to my deodorant so I switched to sensitive skin and it hasn't made a difference. It's been like this for a few years now... Also have similar looking skin around my groin area but much less noticeable. Anyone have the same thing and know what it is?
