curious do they make breastmilk catchers for when you sleep?

I was wondering if there was something that caught breast milk while you slept. Not sure how that would look or even if it was possible but I'm tires of waking up in a puddle of my breast milk. My husband is not really a fan when I cuddle up with him at night and I soak him. Not sure why I can produce as much when I pump 😑.

Same thing happens to me...i just have to use a breast pad and hopefully remember to put a new one in after I feed my son otherwise I soak through...

Seems like you're relaxed when you sleep and then the milk comes easily- the lactation consultant I saw in the hospital always said to be super relaxed when I pump so that I can get a lot out of the session.

I asked my mom about this problem and she said to wear a comfy maternity bra (I use one from H&M that's like the spot bra type) and put breast pads in them.
