Sometimes the words sperm and semen are used interchangeably but they are definitely not the same thing.
Sperm are little cells that are only a small part of what makes up semen - between 2 and 5%!
Semen, however, is what comes out when he ejaculates. It’s made up of fluids from different parts of his reproductive system.
Sperm and semen = not the same. Semen and ejaculation = one and the same!
