Keeping variety in your workout keeps your muscles guessing and also keeps you from getting bored. Tired of yoga this week? Opt for a spin class. Bored of the same old weight lifting routine? Try out the rowing machine or go for a swim.
Variety is the spice of life and you definitely want your fitness routine to be hot and spicy. A boring workout isn't something to slog through! Change it up and change it up often!
