"I babysat for a girl who LOVED bedtime stories. I used to tell her classic fairy tales but change it up so that the prince got captured and the princess came to save him. One day the mom called me and told me that her daughter had told her the story of Sleeping Beauty but with the roles reversed (the prince was the one who pricked his finger and fell asleep for many years and Aurora, the princess fought the dragon, braved the thorns, etc.). She asked if I had anything to do with it and I fessed up. She raised my rate by 5 dollars an hour."
